MG ZS 180 3 piece Clutch - Borg and Beck URF000142 *Pre-Order*

Finally! After seveal years of no new clutches being available on the market, we finally have brand new 3 piece clutches made for ZS 180 arriving. 

These clutches have been made specifically at our request, are branded Borg and Beck, for us, and we have purchased the entire batch.

Manufacturer confirmed this morning (07/09/2026) that they have been manufactured and are due to arrive with them 01/10/2026. They wish to do some spot testing and then they will be with us. We have put a conservative estimate of Week Commencing 12/10/2026 for their arrival

These are a one time buy.

They are also made from fresh tooling, carry a 2 year parts warranty and will fit ZS 180 with the 2.5 KV6 engine from all model years (2001-2005)

We did extensive testing with the prototype clutch, with only one minor alteration requested to stop judder when bringing the pedal back up after a downchange. This issue got better and better and eventually went away after 1050 miles, and the cause was determined to be the machined face on the new/old stock flywheel grabbing the friction material.
