This page explains how to get in touch with us, and how we ship our parts to you.

The easiest and quickest way to get in touch is via email - please message with your query. Be sure to include any information that will help us with your query (order number, postcode etc if possible). 
We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), however please bear in mind that it may be slightly longer during busy periods. 
It might also take slightly longer if we need to contact a supplier or courier with regards to your query - we'd always rather come back to you with a positive reply than to tell you we're waiting for someone else to get back to us!

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs- please study the options below. 

If you're in a rush for a part, please email, telephone 02380 001133 or use the 'chat to us' button - we'll be able to clarify an accurate delivery date for you. 

Delivery times and details vary by region - while we try to offer a truly 'flat rate' service to all of the UK, some services aren't available to customers in Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, and some couriers charge us a premium for these areas. 

Delivery options will be presented at checkout, and include: 

- Royal Mail for all UK customers 
- UPS for customers in the Scottish Highlands and on the Isle of Wight
- FedEx for all UK customers excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands
- ParcelForce for all UK customers

If you select a carrier that doesn't cover your area at checkout, we will use our preferred courier for your order. 

Please note that while any strike action is occurring we may use alternative couriers to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, including an option other than your chosen courier if we believe it'll help you get your delivery more quickly. 

Orders are processed on the day of ordering if placed before 11AM; if placed after this time they'll usually be processed the next working day. 
Express delivery orders placed after 11AM will be processed on a 'best effort' basis - if there is a collection later in the day with ample time to pack your order we'll always try to dispatch it the same day, but this isn't guaranteed. 

We reserve the right to change the courier chosen for Express delivery orders if we believe it'll reach you sooner - for example if we can fit the collection into a slot later that day rather than it being collected the following day. 

We strongly recommend against booking a vehicle in for repairs before a parcel is received from us - delays can happen from time to time, and waiting until the parcel is received and checked over avoids the need for rescheduling.  

    International Shipping
    We offer some of the best rates on International Shipping!
    To calculate postage to your destination, you'll need to add the items to your basket and proceed to checkout.

    International shipping is usually provided by Royal Mail for smaller parcels, and UPS, ParcelForce (GLS) or DPD for larger orders.

    Please note that while we aim to keep the postage rates charged by the Shop accurate, there may be an additional charge to some countries due to rapidly increasing delivery costs. 
    This will be discussed with you before we send your order, and if you are not happy with the new amount charged for postage we'll of course refund your order in full. 

    Standard Shipping for smaller parts leaving the UK usually uses a Royal Mail untracked service - these can take a while to be delivered, so please make sure you account for this when ordering. 
    A good rule of thumb for timescales is to allow 3 weeks for EU orders and 6 weeks for non-EU orders. 
    If you need the parts quicker than this, either select Express Shipping or email to clarify if unsure. 

    IMPORTANT NOTE - Due to Brexit, all EU orders must be accompanied by your Tax Identification Number for Customs clearance.
