This are the ultimate upgrade for Rover 45 and MG ZS clutch hydraulics - fits all versions using the PG1 gearbox including the 1.8 K Series, the 2.0 Diesel and the 2.5 V6.
This kit is exclusive to DMGRS and is supplied by Dark Ice Designs.
With this kit, the entire OE plastic system is replaced with top-quality metal components incorporating the pioneering design of the original Sheddist kit which is no longer available.
Covered by a comprehensive 2 year warranty, the components are also easily replaced if needed (although we know of many cars with this kit fitted for 5+ years with no issues reported).

Use the drop down menu to select if you have a Petrol (all models with PG1 inc V6) or a Diesel model.
When fitting this kit, please make sure the Clutch Release Arm is free and easy to move - it should move about half an inch back and forth with little effort.
If it won't move, you need to apply penetrating oil to where it enters the gearbox and work it free (several applications of oil will be needed).
If the arm is seized, you will likely damage the new hydraulics or snap the arm once the kit is fitted.
