This is the gasket located between the EGR Valve pipework and Exhaust Manifold - see diagram (item 14) for all L Series applications. 
These often fail, leading to exhaust gases and soot in the engine bay. 

Top-quality DMGRS OEM-Q item - constructed of several layers as per the MG Rover item, this will fit and function like the original part. 

This gasket is also suitable for use with L Series EGR Delete / Blanking kits.
