It may be worth investing, as both myself and another enthusiast who has been in contact have had issue with re-using circlips.

These circlips secure the driveshaft within the CV joint, and distort or bend upon removal. 

Fits all cars with R65/IB5 and PG1 Gearbox with an engine size no larger than 1.8 Litres 100/200/400/600/25/45/ZR/ZS cars.
