This is the Lower Engine Mount / Upper Tie Bar Large Bush - fits many 25 / 45 / ZR / ZS models, along with the 620ti and 600 Diesel.
The Lower Engine Mount is the tie bar between the sump and subframe of the car.
The Upper Tie Bar sits near the cambelt area, and is part of this engine mount assembly.
