We've had these designed to be a comparable item to the original MG Rover part fitted to the 'Z' cars - nicely finished with a gloss insert shift pattern on the top. 

Fitting is via a grub-screw as pictured. The lower section of the knob has a threaded section to allow attachment of the gear shift gaiter. 

Suitable for all MG Rover vehicles with a push-fit gear knob - these were used from 2002 in most cases.
